What to expect

During your journey, our guide provides you with a special program, which is a unique combination of experiences that will help you to enter the journey of inner relaxation – your body, mind and soul.

You will be able to try the “Slow walking” concept through the most beautiful nature areas around Mariehamn, and enjoy hidden Åland nature jewels reachable by car. Visit inspiring local, genuine art and craft places. Appreciate sunset views and fully land into the present moment.

But most importantly, this experience is an invitation to breathe in and breathe out. It is an invitation to slow down your pulse and let the atmosphere of the magical Åland Islands open your heart. This tour is offered year-round, including Christmas and other festive seasons, allowing you to enjoy the unique charm of Åland in every season.

Meet Alexandra — Your Creative Guide

I’m Alexandra Trizna — artist, creative guide, and founder of Creative Space Daily in Mariehamn, Åland.

In 2016, I left the fast-paced city life behind and found what I was truly seeking — peace, nature, and space to create. My mission is to invite people, year-round, into a world where art meets inner depth. Through drawing meditations, soulful art experiences, and reflective walks, I help guests see Åland not only with their eyes, but with their hearts.

As a local creative, I love sharing hidden island gems, local stories, and quiet moments of stillness — all woven together through color, form, and connection. I’m delighted to partner with Åland Tours to guide intimate artistic walks, studio visits, and experiences that blend art, mindfulness, and nature.

YOUR ASSUMPTION OF RISK
It is travelers’ responsibility to ensure your fitness level is appropriate for the activities and tours you book with us.

GENERAL
For safety reasons, Åland Tours reserves the right to cancel tours in bad or stormy weather.

PAYMENT
After confirming your satisfaction with the itinerary, we kindly request that you make the full payment for the tour at least 14 days prior to your scheduled date. This payment is necessary to secure your booking and ensure a smooth experience.

CANCELLATION
The tour will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. After the payment has been received, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to departure: Full refund.
Cancellation between 5 to 14 days prior to departure: Up to 50% refund of the total price.
Cancellation less than 5 days prior to departure: No refund will be provided.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation date.
